Return & Refund Policy

Please note that we do not simply accept returns on feeding/breastfeeding products due to personal hygiene reasons. However, we do accept returns of wrong items or damaged goods (scratches, broken items & any other manufacturer defects) provided that they are still in the original packaging. Customers should inspect their goods and inform us of any damages and discrepancies within 24 hours of receipt. 

 

The returned goods/products will be checked together with the receipt and the goods packaging should remain intact. If the goods/products have been used or damaged by customers, there will be no exchange or refund provided. Chubby Cheeks House (Zaars Enterprise) will not be held responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirmed the condition of the returned products, customers will receive their refund within two working days after the confirmation.
